Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Vic Biscoe and I have been in mortgages for almost 10 years, time flies when you are having fun!!! I have lived in Baltimore my whole life and am a graduate of Calvert Hall, go Cards!!! I have a beautiful Wife and Daughter that keep me grounded and have supported me in my business and don’t give me too much gruff about working weekends and nights when necessary. I truly am 100% referral through past clients, friends, family and my referral partners. I provide that service by explaining everything that will happen so that you are truly prepared for the financing aspect of purchasing a new home. An educated borrower makes my job a lot easier and setting the expectations upfront is a great way to avoid any confusion. I will never tell a client that they can’t buy or refinance a house but will let them know how we can get to that goal.
It does surprise me how many people will leave their biggest purchase to a call center or some random guy that they might find in the phone book or online, you need someone that you can trust and that will be 100% accountable and will get the job done right. I could post hundreds of testimonials on this site but that is not what I want to do, I would rather you ask the person that referred you to me how good of a job I did for them.
